What type of packaging do you use for shipping?
Every Ayat order includes an Ayat-branded pouch to keep your jewelry protected and secure.
Customers may also choose premium packaging, which includes:
• An Ayat gift box
• A gift bag
• A jewelry cleaning cloth
Premium packaging is ideal for gifting or storing your pieces long term.
Where do you ship from?
Ayat jewelry is directly sourced from our production facility in Asia, where each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive worldwide.
This includes:
• 5-7 business days for preparation and quality checks
• 2-3 business days for transit
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Ayat ships exclusively within the UAE. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we are able to ship to PO Boxes.
Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to assist. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your return for processing.
Jewelry & Materials
What materials are used in Ayat jewelry?
Ayat offers 925 sterling silver only with high quality rhodium plating. We do not use alloys or gold plating. Each piece is selected for quality, durability, and everyday wear.
Will the jewelry tarnish?
925 sterling silver does not tarnish easily when properly cared for. To maintain your jewelry:
• Store it in a ziplock or airtight pouch
• Use an anti-tarnish tab and silica gel
• Clean gently with the included cleaning cloth
• Avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, and chemicals
With proper care, your pieces will retain their shine over time.
Are the stones real diamonds?
No. Ayat uses high-grade moissanite or a grade 5 zircon as our cornerstone stone. These stones are chosen for their exceptional brilliance, clarity, and durability, offering the look of fine jewelry without the cost of natural diamonds.

At this time, Ayat does not offer gift cards.
